Live in An Urban Sanctuary in the Heart of Brooklyn

Arbor 18’s design “reflects a symbiotic relationship between indoor and outdoor living”—private, luxury residences exist side-by-side with luscious green spaces. This includes the adjacent Prospect Park and Greenwood Cemetery as well as a slew of exclusive outdoor amenities unlike any other in the entirety of the borough.
The first floor is an arboretum, with a library, lounge, and private dining room all looking out on a lushly landscaped courtyard. Along with its neighboring zen garden, the arboretum was conceived with those aforementioned Brooklyn classics in mind as a way to replicate their restorative qualities.
A rooftop observatory is also open to all of the buildings residents, a serene screen of groves of birch trees giving glimpses of the New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty beyond.
