Personal well-being is brought to life through three floors of amenities designed by Paris Forino and landscape architect Steven Yavanian. A study of the intrinsic connection between nature, health and the built environment, the design reflects a symbiotic relationship between indoor and outdoor living through seamless integration.
The first-floor Arboretum level brings wellness, nature and thoughtful design into conversation with the Library, Lounge and Private Dining Room, which all entertain views of the Courtyard as a visual centerpiece.
Thoughtfully conceived by landscape architect Steven Yavanian, the courtyard and Zen Garden were designed to capture the restorative quality of Brooklyn’s green spaces just moments away.
On the rooftop Observatory level, distinct relaxation and dining areas are screened by groves of birch trees that frame stunning views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty and the New York Harbor, inviting endless opportunities to engage with the outdoors.
The Sanctuary level was carefully considered to accommodate a high-tech and high-touch approach to health. A state-of-the-art Fitness Center and Yoga Studio are complemented by the Meditation Room and infrared sauna, offering a comprehensive wellness experience.
Every consideration was given in the planning of Arbor Eighteen. A children’s playroom,
private garage, pet spa, stroller and bicycle storage simplify city living and free up time for
the things that matter most.
